Before anyone else goes on about how PayPal is the greatest thing since "The Clapper" please take a look at this:

I've found it to be pretty accurate and rather like a watchdog service for a lot of the payment services currently out there.

Izzy posts in these forums regularly, tho' I haven't seen him lately. I think he may need to upgrade (or, downlgrade) that Papal review. They now offer less protection for buyers. Recovered money is returned to buyers on a "first-come, first-served" basis. In the case of a real credit card fraud, where the user runs up a big bill, chances are that customers won't receive any refund at all.
