I saw some mention once that sellers are not allowed to charge for Paypal, Billpoint, etc. fees. Is this correct? I just had a guy tack on 35 cents for me to pay with Billpoint. I sell and do not ask for this. I hope to make it up in the sale. I'm just curious.

Hello Marc923,

That is against eBay rules. I would contact eBay so that the seller is made quite aware that they shouldn't be doing this.

Most sellers should just quit accepting payments that require fees if they cant afford it, or add a small handling fee to the shipping. To me .35 is alot cheaper than .85 for a money order. I also think eBay should ban paypal from the site. Its a major pain in the a$$ for sellers that dont accept it.
