Can anyone help me with the type of chair that this might be? It's 48" from the floor to the top of the back and very narrow. The seat is 18" from the floor. I've never seen one quite like it. My late father in law found it at a flea market years ago and now we are thinking about listing it if we can find out what kind of chair it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Actually, at least for me, the link takes me to MY photos. If you want to email me with a jpg, I'll be happy to take a crack at it.

niksmom ...
Unfortunately you do not show the chair. I see most of the top of the chair, some curtains that are hiding part of the top and part of the seat. The LEGS are almost as important for identification of a chair as the back, and much more important than the curtains behind it. The TOP of the uprights is also useful for identification.
Move it to a spot in front of an EMPTY LIGHT COLORED BACKGROUND, and take the following pictures with the camera about 3 feet off the ground:
WHOLE CHAIR: full front, full side, full rear
CHAIR DETAILS: closeups of the fiollowinf areas .... underneath the seat showing the way the legs are attached, rear of chair showing the way the back meets the seat, front corner of seat from the outside showing the way the legs meet the seat on the outside.

The top reminds me of the old high back piano or organ chairs. Some good pictures of the bottom and the legs would help, does it look like the legs are original?

Looks to me like one of those Mexican or Mediterranean-Spanish style chairs that were popular in the early '70s. Very common here in Texas.
