Please tell me how to block a particular bidder from bidding!
I had a true deadbeat bidder bid on one of my auctions using BuyItNow. He had 20 negs out of 75 feedback! Not sure how he stays alive with E-Bay! He of course doesn't want to pay for shipping! Immediately after the BIN ended, he sent the auction bid via PayPal. When I told him I need his address to calculate the shipping costs, he stated he will not pay. He wanted me to ship the item to him without paying for shipping! The item was only $5.50! I supposed he figured I should take a loss...perhaps he thought I was a non-profit organization with full funding. Back and forth we went, after about 6 e-mails, he stated he wanted his money back! I was more than happy to send it! I know I should have kept the E-Bay fee amount and return the rest. But with such a poor record, I figured he was nothing but true trouble anyway! I suppose that is why he has gotten away with so many negs without being thrown out with the garbage! The worst thing is..he is a seller himself!!!
(He did send his name and address for me to send the item...the nerve!)

email him (with the item number noted in the email if applicable) and tell him not to bid on your auctions in the future. CC a copy of the same email to SafeHarbor. He won't be allowed to bid on your items after that.

I would send his emails to safeharbor. Get him booted. As to blocking him. If he bids cancel his bid. If there is another way, then I'm not sure.
