Ok, well, I've come across at least two eBay users (that all happen to be Andale merchants - connection??) selling very similar items...

wall clocks, light switch plates, mouse pads...

But that's not the problem. The problem is that all of these products have images on them that are trademarks and copyrights of their respective companies and are being bootlegged considerably.

I know this because I unknowingly purchased a light switch plate from one person and discovered that it was simple color printer reproduction. And a lousy one to boot!

I contacted eBay and the person was summarily suspended. Just this week, it appears the same person is on eBay under a new email addy peddling off the same garbage. And, I found another eBay user selling very similar products. The wall clocks , by the way, seem to be the same design (either white or black border) with a different image face.

I would suggest that anyone purchasing items that are trademarked and copyrights should email the seller to find out if they are legal.

But if you don't care, well, that's on you. "Caveat emptor" and all that BS.
