Please goto http://www.tmbsbbs.com/alien if you were ripped off by this company and enter your auction info and then join our discussion board. This board has been labeled as the center of contact as its owner (me) and 2 other guys are working directly with the FBI in Seattle and acting as liasons between the FBI and the group of people that got scammed by Alien Distribution.
As of noon today (1/22/01) the FBI has officially taken over the case.

Nice work, Ryan. I'm not involved with Alien but I'd like to see some closure for the people who were ripped off. This kind of scam gives all us sellers a black eye.

Hello everyone involved in this AD mess! I got my refund from PayPal (the funds are actually back in my account this morning) ! Even though I thought I may have been too late in making my complaints and asking for a refund, I took Pocono's and everyone elses advice and filed with everyone involved anyway. Thanks to everyone involved in getting the word out and being persistant I have my money back. Let me know if there is any way I can be of assistance in helping with the ongoing actions to get refunds for everyone else.
