I have a bidder that does something odd. He or she bids on a video and then retracts the bid. They have done this twice on the same video within the last 2 days. The video has no bids. They have also done this around 18 times in the recent past on other items too.
Why would they do this and what should I do about it?

if that happened to me? i'd email and cc safeharbor the person to not bid on anymore of your items.

Hi schoolauction,
All you need to do is email [email protected] and give them the item number, the reasons they retracted, and the users ID. Tell them about the retracting, and they will suspend them. I had 3 members suspended in 2 weeks for it.
