About a week or so ago I posted an inquiry about a purchase I made under my other eBay name. I bid on a DVD and never heard from the seller. I emailed them twice and got no response. I requested a PayPal money request and got nothing. It's now 11 days later and I was wondering, do I leave this person a neutral and explain the situation and if so what do I say, or do I just let it go?

How bad do you want the CD? Have you tried sending a message from the auction listing? That should get through

I would turn them into eBay for having a bad email address if they don't respond to a third email.

I tried sending it through eBay as well. I already bid and won the DVD elsewhere since this has happened. I waited longer than the initial 3 days. She's still selling, has recent feedback, including for items that ended the same day mine did.

I also went through the older feedback on her page and have found this is actually a common problem. There were approximately 10 - 12 complaints of what happened with me in the past year. They all left negative feedback.
