I was just going to post some auctions and it said "Price Change! New listing fee will apply". I thought it wasn't until the 31st. Does it mean I will get charged the extra for a 10 day auction now or are they just talking about the final fees because it would end after the 31st? Does anyone know what is in effect now?

I was also of the impression that the new fee structuring didn't begin until the 31st. hmmm...better check my account!
