Hi, I sell a product on e-bay that I have compiled from downloading files from a source. There are two other people doing this on eBay, from the same source. One happends to be a VeRO member so he takes it upon himself to accuse me of copyright infringment and gets eBay to delist my auction. 1) I have never seen his product, 2) I did not copy his eBay ad, 3) I did not even know I HAD competitors until AFTER I listed my first auction!

Just because he is part of eBay's Elitest Group gives him the right to stomp on competitors?

Why doesn't eBay investigate these claims more closely? How will I be compensated for the loss of time? How will my competetor be repromanded? I have replied to the e-mail and CCed it to the one who got me delisted. How long does it take for e-bay to reply and rectify the situation?

AHHH, I'm so frustrated. Should I relist my auctions?

This guy...he also knocked off the other competetor's auctions. He's just sore that he listed a couple featured auctions a week ago and hasn't gotten any bidders.
