Listed 6 items, received confirmation but only 3 show up on my list. What to do now?

Go into the ones not showing and "revise" them. You don't even have to change anything. This will make them show up on your seller's list.

The other alternative is to ask eBay to reset your sellers list, but it might be a couple of days before they get around to it.

You can find your items by title search.
