Help,

I bought an old book today at the goodwill.

There is no English in the book.

The Title is this..

A MAGAR NEPKOZTARSASAG POLGARI TORVENYKONYVE

In the pages of the book are about 30 or so postage stamps...from 1963...maybe the stamps are worth something..they are from another country.

Yup, it's Hungarian. That's about all I can tell you, but there's a freebie English-Hungarian translator that you can download at this site:
