Just went to get an email address for a bidder on one of my auctions and noticed that Ebay is changing their policy. Unless you are the winning bidder or seller, you won't be able to get anyone elses email address.
They are getting around this by letting you send a message to the seller using their server. Here's the url. (Sorry, I still haven't learned how to make it clickable. I keep getting told, but then don't do it enough to remember)

It only seems to work on a casual basis at present. Some I tried worked and some I got the email address first go.

It gave me the addresses too, this is just a preview page. Somewhere it says that it will be implemented mid-February.
