If you had an auction closed by eBay because it presumably violated one of their policies, complained and explained, and they decided in your favor, what happened? Did they tell you to go ahead and restart the auction and they'd refund your FVF? Did they resume the auction where it left off? Or did they restart it for you at 00:00:00?

Ebay? Decide in OUR favor?
Naw,.. never happen.
To me anyway.
I cannot wait to read on and see just who was able to accomplish it!
I will hire them as my mediator.

1: Had an auction for authentic Oakley Sunglasses that was ended by the Vero for Oakley. They ammited they made a mistake ..Ebay let me repost it ..and yes I got back my fees.
2: Had some auctions ended that Ebay said were in the wrong Categorys..after talking to them they sent me and email to say they had made a mistake. The auctions wre dutch with alot of bidders. Ebay emailed all the bidders to let them know they had goofed and they refunded all my listing fees. They also took the auctions out of ENDED status thus allowing me access to the bidders, I was then able to email all the bidders
