I have winner bidder who lives in Italy. I asked him three times to send me his shipping address so I can give him a freight quote. He would not give it to me and today I received an Bid Pay money order for the final bid amount.
I am so upset now because this happens often to me.

When BidPay sent you the first email, you should have contacted them and told them the amount wasn't correct. Also, the second email from BidPay should have this buyers address in it.
Email this buyer and explain that you can't ship the item without the shipping amount.

This happens to me also. I just email them and say, I need your shipping address "via email" to ship this item, please send it as soon as possible, to not delay shipping further. thank you.
