Perhaps it's just me but my sales seemed to have slumped over the past couple weeks and i'm not a power seller but have over 650 positives (2 neg's). What tactics have you used to "liven up" the bidding? I've considered raising the price and offering free shipping, but i'm not sure that would be too effective, anyone tried? Open to suggestions, and thanx.

Two suggestions from a bidder, zclone.
Work very hard at your title and descriptions. How eBay selects on descriptions etc is very simple and primitive. I "hunt" very hard in particular areas and find that spelling mistakes, brackets and parenthesis? etc can mask and item from being pulled up for a selection. I don't "browse" through eBay I "hunt". By that I mean I have index cards of what are the searches to use (to account for the misspellings, brackets etc), when I last searched, who are the bidders I trawl through and when was the last time I did, etc. etc
My humble suggestion is the WORK this area.
Second suggestion is to have excellent and quick photos. I no longer wait for pages to load, I have cable so used to speed, so if your page takes more that 3 to 5 seconds, I'm gone. I am also astounded at the poor quality of some of the photos take. I find an item then I have to squint at the photo, click to enlarge (still bad) and then I exit.
We're out here, the hard work is getting in front on our faces on a selection.

Actually, i've had compliments on my auctions for their clarity, simplicity, and content. My prices are more than competitive and my grammer is above average. I don't put any extra into the title that does not belong (L@@K, HOT, SEXY, etc...), things just seem too slow, i'm running about 100 auctions of which 11 are "sold", they end Saturday night.
