Has anyone else noticed that PayPal has no phone number listed when their charges show up on a Visa bill? Isn't that again Visa rules? This is all that shows up on my bill "02-12-01 PAYPAL 000-000-0000 CA 82274". Maybe I've just spent too much time staring in the dark eBay abyss....

Nope, not against the rules.
In fact, we called Novus (our credit card processing company) to try to have our phone number appear on our customer's statement and were told they have no way to do it.
