I sold some king size sheets, and the same bidder won BOTH auctions (two separate listings). I gave her a large reduction since she won both. How do I get my credit from ebay? Do I still have to file a NPB form after 7 days? She paid, but not what the high bid was, and which ebay will take a cut of. I cant file FVF because it hasnt been 10 days, and it says I have to file a NPB form, which is silly, because it has nothing to do with NPB.
