Like a fool I decided to give the new Auctiva Pro (Poster and Manager) a try! Now I can't even download anything into the Manager (Ebud) part - I've been trying for 2 days. It deleted all my current information completely off my computer and picked up some old data that was archived from back in December 2000!
Glad I had everything paper trailed or I would not have a clue what was going on with my auctions.
If anyone else has tried it, have you been able to download information into your Manager (Ebud) part?

Yes, I've upgraded to Pro. The new version of eBud is working perfectly for me. My current auctions uploaded fine and have updated fine. If I were you, I would go to Auctiva's help board and open a help request.
