Can someone suggest a GOOD auction management program, I don't care if it has a price tag or not, that would do everything a person needs for an auction?
I like using auction watch but there is a feature missing that I need, or maybe I just don't know how to use it. I would like something that would let me move finished auctions that I have sent the merchandise out and got my feedback that they have received the product, to a completed category so I can keep up with it. That is really what I miss here.

I have downloaded for free trial auctiontamer. $19.95 if you keep it. I was looking for alternatives for Ebud that I already have. Auctiontamer has folders for pending, closed, no sale, etc. It may even be possible to make up and label anything you like.

I use Invenna's AuctionAmigo. Someone else on this board suggested it, so I decided to give it a try. It has helped me so much that I try to return the favor by suggesting it to others looking for auction management software. You can download it for free & try it for 30 days. If you like it, great. If not, just delete it.
It has the function you are looking for. You can set it to when you consider the transaction completed : item shipped, feedback left, feedback received, etc. & when you check off that task the auction will be moved into your archived sales.
As soon as I downloaded it & saw all the info that it extracted from eBay about my current & past sales I was hooked!

Try www.andale.com I've never seen any better, and it leaves feedback like a charm!! I've had to go back and access customer information to make sure I sent to the right address, and it is soooooo easy to use.
