Confusing huh? You can post links, you just can't post links to sites that are in competition or offer the same products as AuctionWatch.com.
You can do snipets of an article and provide a link, you just can't copy and paste an entire copyright artice.

There, I think I've got it now. I'm learning slowly but surely. Some days more slowly than surely Anyway, I feel that the community should read this article because it tells a much different story of Ebay's customer service. Told by the firm that Ebay has hired to monitor their customer service. Here you get a small glimpse into what I call "Investor Side Propaganda". At least I believe that's what it is.

This article (and award) is one of the most full of crap articles (and awards) I've ever seen. What Satmetrix fails to disclose is their software contract with eBay, and their business relationship with eBay, which is that eBay pays them for services... And eBay returns the favor on its message board by also mentioning the award, amd also not disclosing the for-fee business relationship. This "award" is at the very least cynical manipulation, and might even border on violating SEC rules IMHO...

You betcha! I already sent my 2 cents worth to Satmetrix! Wish more would do the same - just do search and use "contact us"
I told them - how could they consider such a company with the largest customer base on the net to be a #8 when all they do is CRASH, mailpulate - gauge and condescend to its sellers?
AS I was writing it-----ebay CRASHED!! The AB had just previously announced the award - and DOWN she went! Thanks ebay- at least there is some justice~ Hope they feel as foolish as they look [grin]
