I received an email from Half.com today. A book that sold in August never arrived! Now they want to know the status.
I ship within 48 hours of receiving the order. How can I prove I shipped almost 7 months ago?
I think this is definitely some kind of error on Half.com's part. I answered the email, we'll see what happens I guess.

Hi, rarriffle - I have had it happen after about two months - I replied to Half.com, and told them exactly when it was mailed. I never heard any more about it.
I would just tell them that all orders had been sent out within 48 hours, and if it never got there, it must have been lost in the mail.
I believe that Half. will take care of it, and you won't have to worry. They probably think it is just as ridiculous as you and I do, that someone would complain after 6 months!
