Do powersellers and Premiere members pay the same listing fees as the rest of us "civilians?" I ask because of the sheer volume at which they post and in many cases not sell their stuff -- my guess is they don't have to pay the same fees to list. and if that's the case -- how do I become one?
Another question...Do auction in the premiere section have reserve prices? I've had trouble finding any mention of reserves on those auction (and it may because the ones I've seen have chosen not to have one -- I'm not sure.)

Powersellers pay exactly the same as everyone else, in the end we pay more! I don't know about Premiere but I'm sure they pay the same too. There are no breaks on ebay

Amy, "If you are an auction house, a dealer, a gallery, or another quality seller who has the expertise and commercial ability to authenticate and guarantee your own items, you may be qualified to sell directly on eBay
Premier." You have to apply for acceptance.
