So this shows that Yahoo has dropped from over 2 million auctions to around 250,000 over the past month. And Bidbay is the only other auction with at least a million items listed. Interesting....

But not really relative. We all know ebay dominates by a large margin. What might be more relative is sales. Forgot to add up all the other auction totals combined.Is there a search engine that searches every auction? Does anybody know? Until there is, ebay has clear sailing because I just don't see bidders going in and out of 10-20 auctions to browse when they can just go to ebay.

eBay site unstable

Re: other venues...many items listed - no bidding...
Other sites don't advertise or bring in traffic...they'll die
