I can't get thru with the e-mail they sent me.
Something is changing the "&sign to ^x26, which makes it bounce back.
This buyer is excited about her purchase and my e-mails are not getting through.
PLEASE direct me to where I can obtain her personal info so I can call her. I've looked over "site map" and can find no hints as to where to look.
I've received 2 e-mails now with inquires about her purchase. I NEED TO CALL HER.

I talk to the buyer and all is well. She is going to check with her provider as to why her e-mail address got converted.
