I need to ship a non firing reproduction of a civil war pistol. I have called the post office and no one can give me an answer. Do I need to fill out a special form stating what is in the package? The gun is harmless but it looks like a real gun. Any suggestions?

Do not ship it USPS! They simply don't want anything to do with guns or even their reproductions. Most non-gun folks haven't a clue as to what is real and what is not. Use UPS or Fed-X.
