I gave the buyer 40+ days for to pay. Kept getting excuses & on the 42nd day proceeded with the NPB & FVF credit process. I promptly neg'd. the guy after sendind 2 e-mails after the NPB was issued & no response. He gave me a retaliation neg. & was then NARU'd the next day. This is not the 1st time this guy has been NARU'd. All I got from Ebay was a message saying "sorry for the inconvenience" but the neg. stays. Can I do anything about this? I have read the feedback removal policy, any other suggestions. I have yet to respond to his neg. Waiting for suggestions... :|

Ya know, the EXACT same thing happened to me. Ebay did nothing. All I can do is pay square trade 15 bucks for more "nothing can be done", or get a court order. Since ebay is "only a venue" and does not control editorial comments by it's users, you (and I) are screwwwwwwed!
I even wrote to em 4 separate times and called them about it.
I've learned my lesson here, no more negs until ebay fixes their sorry excuse for a feedback system. I am still happy to give and receive positives though!

I am with Bassicbrain...........while I do file for my fees back from ebay, I don't leave negs and won't until Ebay changes these policies.

I would just leave a reply or comment to the neg saying bidder was naru'd the next day.

I think deadebeats should be neg'd, to help protect others. Wouldn't you like to know who the deadbeats are? Just respond to your feedback with never sent pymnt (or item) was NARU'd next day; or something like that. Keep it to facts. That speaks volumes.
