I'm having that problem contacting a bidder too..happily they have a hotmail account as well, so we're exchanging emails via that account instead of their AOL one.

I constantly have that problem with AOL and my earthlink account. I can usually get through on my Yahoo! account, but sometimes bidders don't get any of my emails, including ones from work and "send this auction to a friend."
Have you tried the "send this auction to a friend?" Or you could pull their contact info and try calling.

I have no trouble with my AOL account. For example tonight I have wrote 4 buyers and recieved email back from 3 of them already. If someone uses AOL they may want to make sure in thier preferances that certain isps are not being blocked. If they are ones alot of spam comes from then aol may block them unless you change your preferances.

My email is [email protected] if you want to send me a test mail and see if I receive it.
I stopped using AOL about 5 years ago. It has been the best thing that I have done since I got an email address. Now I am on a cable modem that is super fast.
