I have a sell for what I thought was a video but after I confirmed it I noticed it said Laser Disk beside of it. I need something besides a canned e-mail telling me what to do.How do I undo this transaction?

I know they have an 800-number for customer service that's open on weekdays. I just don't know it offhand.
Go the "Helpdesk" icon in the toolbar near the top of the half.com page and submit a written request to customer service. They will send you the number (in about 3 days, unfortunately).

call keen.com they can help you.(http://www.keen.com)go to questions concerning ebay give your tel. number and they will call you,you will be charged but have you contacted the seller yet and explained why you do not want it,and offer to pay his or her relisting charges?just a suggestion,howddyyyall
