Does anyone use Invenna Auction Amigo Pro, and if so are you able to send e-mails?

I downloaded the upgrade, but am now supposed to intall the upgrade file, and have no idea how to do that.

Help!!

Tootsiepop - The upgrade file ends in .exe, right? Just go to the folder where you saved it and double click on the file name - it will install itself.

edited to add... I haven't had any auctions end since I installed the upgrade, so I don't know yet about sending email.

I installed the upgrade and am still having problems sending e-mails. Maybe 3 or 4 out of each auction batch come back as "unregistered eBay user" and won't send. I hate doing e-mails manually, so I hope Invenna gets on the ball and fixes this soon.

Did you install the 2.07 upgrade? I installed 2.05 quite a while ago & just by chance found that now there's a 2.07. (Guess I was not paying attention!)

BTW, did you see that March 9th is the deadline to upgrade/purchase your serial key before the price goes up? (Even the users of the free AAPro have to pay this time.)

Hi - Just thought I'd let everyone having probs with this know I received a reply from Invenna support and have fixed my problem.

What I was told was to upgrade to 2.07 (which I had done), and then hit the update button. It was as simple as that! (Boy do I feel dumb!)

debbielennon - Yes, I got an e-mail about that, I'm just waiting to the last minute because I don't want to part with the $.

BTW - Thank you to the moderators for unlocking this thread!

That guy Nigel emailed you right? Damn I have never had better customer service anywhere. That guy is great! Thanks for the note to. I need to upgrade.

Actually it was Richard. You're right about their customer service, I almost don't mind having to pay for the program.

hey, if you're still having issues with the email in auctionamigo, just do a normal 'update' within the program which fixed the problem for me. I think doing that refreshed it or something.
