Is anyone else having a problem with auction managment software?
I use A.I.D., which up to 24 hours ago would collect the names of my high bidders, let me know when an auction had a winner or loser, and automatically place the shipping information in the new listings of my previous customers, as well as fetch the email directly from ebay of my winning bidders.
It now does none of this, I assume because of the new email rules.
Does anyone know of any auction software that does similar stuff that is still working?

Have you upgraded to A.I.D. 4.0? That should help with your current problems. I think they just came out with a patch this weekend for the problems you are having - possibly you won't even have to upgrade - just get the patch.

Thanks for the info - I'm at the website right now, but all I see info for is 3.5 and not 4.0. Do you know where exactly I might find this?

Here's the post I got from them over the weekend:
"Version 3.1.6 of A.I.D. has been released. This is a free minor upgrade to
AID 3.x that fixes the problems caused by the recent changes made to the
eBay website. This update is intended for users who are choosing not to
upgrade to version 4.0. You should have received an email about upgrading
to version 4.0 on Saturday. If you did not, let me know.
This update includes the following changes/fixes:
* Fixed a bug that caused email addresses and usernames not be fetched
* Fixed a bug that caused Dutch Top Bidders not be fetched if the auction
accepted Billpoints. (Windows version only)
