So... where's the feedback? In case you didn't catch the questions:
[b]Will re-lists also cost 5 cents?
What is your response to the vehement outrage over the 1%?
If we pay, will the service be more reliable?
Will there be on-call help if things break down, or will we still get email responses over 48 hours?
Is image hosting also going to be subjected to fees, now or in the near future?[/b]
You cannot really expect us to trawl our way through a single thread of over 400 posts hoping to catch a sight of a blue, can you?
Why not give us some concise answers in a NEW thread?
The fees issue is that of AuctionWatch and not Ebay Outlook related, hence the one thread limitation in Ebay Outlook.
I cannot answer your questions, but if you post in the Services forum, I'm sure a Customer Care Rep can respond in the morning.
We realize this is frustrating for everyone but we also realize that most people don't want the Ebay Outlook dominated with AuctionWatch issues. I will lock this thread so you can ask your questions in the Services forum.
