Of course, I have read all about paypal but when they offered me international for auctions, being a canadian and stupid to boot! I signed up . Well two people have paid using paypal~ MORE THAN two weeks ago, it states completed but of course no payment has been made into my account!
My advice, don't use paypal if they have to convert your money , and best advice NEVER use paypal!
I removed their logo from my auctions and only offer billpoint ( not perfect there either ie ebay will receive payment from a buyer and not notify me that payment has been made! I now check every day re billpoint) but ebay only takes about 2 days to deposit the money and a nice exchange rate. Suz 23 here only!
