EBAY OUTLOOK Rendered USELESS!
Well it seems to me after reading for a day and a half all the LOCKED threads and a brief glance at the WOMB'ED threads that any kind of discussions regarding alternatives to eBay AND/OR AW is a BIG NO NO.
Now with AW instituting their own programs for a FEE, any other discussions of alternatives GET THE AX and whats really APPALLING is I've seen some LONG TIME users Suspended over it.
AW...... I think you've crossed the line in what this Forum was originally intended for.
Yesterday in the eBud thread you repremanded talk about it in this forum. Could you point me to a program of AW that does what it does for it to be in direct confict with you(AW). Now your trying to supress the CO-OP thread.
The deleteing and locking of threads only shows you to be a BULLY.
I'm scratching my head in shear CONFUSION
Suppose maybe you could start a thread outlining just what is allowed to be talked about here in the EO?

Packer,
I'm not defending aw's decision to charge for their services (a novel idea on the web!) but...I'd like to defend what you accuse them of: locking threads -- they lock threads when they're off-topic AND move them to the correct area on the discussion boards and off the eBay outlook area. They don't appear to be censoring any complaints about their pricing structure, they're just keeping the discussion threads on topic -- if they didn't, the eBay outlook would really be USELESS because it would be difficult to find discussions you're interested in.
Many people feel that AuctionWatch.com should be the place to announce other management services and on the heels of an AuctionWatch fees announcement this is just not the time nor is it the place.
Promotion of other sites has always been a no-no.
Fees discussions are being held in the Services forum or in Mark's announcement in forum. It is not an Ebay Outlook issue, but rather and AuctionWatch.com issue so we are confining discussion to one thread here.
I will lock this thread so you can post to the appropriate forum if you wish to discuss fees.
Please do not start another thread on this subject in the Ebay Outlook.
