i got what was suppossed to be a 'money order' in the mail....there was one piece of paper that had 2 perforations to creat 3 separate documents....the most official thing was the yellow paper one in the center; i sent that to my bank and they said it wasn't depositable...did i do the right piece of paper??

I never have trouble with my bank cashing or depositing them. The ones I get are Western Union and there is no reason they should be difficult to cash.

I believe they are 3 parts and the money order is yellow. I just endorse them on the back like any other money order or check and deposit them. They've always gone through without a problem.

ok, been busy...back again;
yes mine sez western union
yes i signed the back
NO my goofy bank rejected it....
not sure how i will proceed as i have 2 of them...but may just print this off...
no one else with these problems?? thank you for all your help

Take all 3 parts to the bank and ask them which one they want. If the teller can't figure it out, go up the ladder until someone knows what s/he is doing.

I agree, take it back to the bank and try again. If they refuse it ask for the manager. Or maybe try another bank.
