BidPay sends out Western Union money orders. Does yours say WU???

I have never received one in 3 parts!

Might want to contact BidPay and ask them exactly what they sent you!

I think they do come in three parts. The top one has the order number and the name and address of the bidder.

I think the middle part is the actual Money Order and I forget what the other part is. I don't have one handy at the moment.

undercovers...

Did you sign it on the back? You need to...just as you would a check. If you didn't, it wouldn't be depositable.

I never have trouble with my bank cashing or depositing them. The ones I get are Western Union and there is no reason they should be difficult to cash.

I believe they are 3 parts and the money order is yellow. I just endorse them on the back like any other money order or check and deposit them. They've always gone through without a problem.

Take all 3 parts to the bank and ask them which one they want. If the teller can't figure it out, go up the ladder until someone knows what s/he is doing.

I agree, take it back to the bank and try again. If they refuse it ask for the manager. Or maybe try another bank.
