My husband and I had an auction up that ended at a not very large amount. We have tried for over a month and a half to get payment. The bidder has bid over $700 in aictions and is still bidding even though he has a -3 rating. We negged him "Bids, but doesn't pay or respond to emails" (First person we have ever negged, we usually just don't rate NPB). So he negs us. Our first neg ever. He didnt neg the other two people who left ruder feedback than what we did. This is what he left "Likes to S**k D*ck, But doesnt swallow"(without edits of course.)What is with that? Will Ebay remove such feedback? We already emailed safe harbor(not that I think it will do much good).

I'm pretty sure eBay will remove it. The fact that it is somewhat obsene, is enough to qualify for inappropriate and grounds for removal.

If this person has -3 feedback, Then at least one of the sellers did not do their job of protecting the rest of us.
A buyer stays until there are three FVF credits filed against them. Then they are gone at least for now. Please always do a Final Value Fees credit if you do not get paid.

Yes, eBay will remove that feedback. My one and only neg was profanity that was broken up by symbols, but it was still obvious what it said. It was removed by eBay very quickly. I think I emailed [email protected] about it.
