Just a quick message to new ebay users. If an email is returned with this message:
THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY **
** YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE **, this normally means a person's sever is down or having problems.
I just received my first negative after four years and 2400 positive feedback because of this. I can live with the negative, I always knew it would probably eventually happen, even though I have always gone out of my way to make my customers happy. But to get one this way for a server glitch is kind of sicking.
I emailed the customers two days after the auction ended as I had been away on a buying trip at the time it went off. I never heard back from them, but didn't really worry as this was a 5.00 item and lots of times customers just send the money and don't email back. A few days ago I get the negative for not responding to their two emails and when I asked them about the emails their cut and paste shows that both were sent back with the message that they could not get though. So it would be impossible for me to have read them.
Please new buyers and sellers, use the request user information and make a quick phone call. I have used this many times when an email would not go though and it saves alot of bad feelings.
