The first Ammendment is gone on the Auctionwatch message board! I have another account with auctionwatch and stated my feelings about the new fee structure (very negative but within guidelines) and have been denied access since. So if you believe that everyone is happy about the new fee structure you are wrong. Auctionwatch has crushed critisism of the fee structure by denying access. Well I wonder how long this message stays up?? Or will they leave this up to try to discredit me???

First of all, did you have permission to register two ID's? That alone is against AW's TOS.
Secondly, if they locked out everyone who's complained about the new fee structure, they'd have about two people left here on the boards, so I doubt that was the reason.
Are you sure you're using the correct ID/password combination?

ISN'T IT AMAZING HOW FAST THEY CAN DENY ACCESS!!!!!! AS I SAID THE FIRST AMMENDMENT IS GONE IN THE WORLD OF AUCTIONWATCH !!!! ISN'T THIS LIKE GERMANY DURING WWII , WERE YOU TO SAY SOMETHING AGAINST THE RULERS WILL AND YOU ARE NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN?? FINAL VALUE FEES FOR A LISTING SERVICE, THATS CRAZY. AUCTIONWATCH WILL BE IN BACKRUPTCY COURT WITHIN THE YEAR WITH THAT FEE SYSTEM.

Excuse me, but Auctionwatch is a private company----NOT a government entity or ruler of any kind. They provide these Message Boards at THEIR expense. It is a privilege to post here, but not a RIGHT. Where is the sense of entitlement coming from?
When you signed up to post here, you agreed to their Terms of Service. If they have suspended you or revoked your privileges, it is because you have broken YOUR agreement to follow these terms. Simple. Follow the rules and you are welcome to stay.
As for the fees to use their other services, the choice is yours whether to pay or not. There is no reason to be upset. This is not a mandatory TAX like the government imposes. If you are unhappy with the fees, then you don't have to use Auctionwatch services. Again, simple.
