I guess thru a seris of misclicks, somehow my account panel shows I signed up for the power plan. I want to sign up for the "standard plan". There is NO option for doing this. The only prompt I get is to enter my CC# to sign up for power plan. How do I reverse or cancel it???

If you have already signed up for the power plan, but want to switch to the standard plan, please contact customer service at [email protected].

I did, contacted them 10 days ago, then 5 days ago then yesterday. The only response I have rec'd was this morning and was a form letter with a bunch of crappy FAQ's that didn't apply.
