I have looked into this myself and will use it. I think it is going to save customers in insurance costs in the area that I have most of the problems, freight transporting. When you have a high ticket item, shipping is astronomical because of the value involved. Now, I can get a regular quote for shipping and then separately purchase insurance through WebInsure. I will be watching this thread for any other comments.

I just paid $45.00 for insurance with a shipping company to ship a table from Fl to NY , valued at $1800.00 and it was damaged . I am having a very hard time with this as the shipping company created the damage. and they are trying to get the freight lines to pay. I am curios with this company what the limitations are?
