Just wanted to see if there is any new news from people who use fatcow.com for their shopping cart/hosting service. At only $99 a year for complete service, it sounds a little too good to be true.

I have purchased this product for the price you quote and was up and running in 2 days
Had a couple of problems, (of course my fault) but was answered by tech support in less than 2 hours

I read about this site on this board and went and investigated. I don't need it for a holding site, I have 4 ISP accounts for such, BUT I did sign up for a new web site, because our original one had become enormous, and some of our items were perfectly suited for a cart shopping.
We are MORE than happy with fatcow, the service, the support, the site. If all continues as it is now, we may move our other large site to fatcow. I had a few problems, but as someone else said, it was my own mistakes, and their tech was immediately available to give me correct direction.
We are more than happy with their site, their service, etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone, for any site purpose, whether holding or web site.
