Good Morning All- I just have to vent...
Please buyers, tell us what you are paying for! When you send a payment, please just note either an email address, item name or item number! How can we be expected to send you what you purchased if we don't know what it is?
PLEASE don't give us negs and threaten us for your mistake. We are not psychic, we are not all knowing...we don't know who you are until you tell us!
Would you just send a check off to a company without an account number? If you ordered from a Catalog, would you just send a check to Sears without telling them what you ordered? Probably not...
I am not trying to me a jerk, I am just trying to enlighten..

Amen. I run multiple dutch auctions and I get 20-30 of these "anonymous" payments a week. It sucks but whatcha gonna do?

I still have two money orders I have never cashed, and no one has contacted me about it. I guess they don't want what they ordered.

Trey:
They must have been hyped "UP" over some "EXCITEMENT" when they placed their order!

a common problem that has not eased up at all for many of us.

kyms, I always say that... I never send my car, credit card, phone bill payments in without letting them know what account to apply it to!

deja deja deja vu believe it and it will come true!

I do my best to try and identify the payment. If I can't, it gets hopped into the old "pending" file until somebody gripes about nonreceipt of goods.

The first grade rule of following directions seems to be hard to understand.
