How can I block a buyer who has been a deadbeat in my auction before from bidding in my auctions?

I don't think e bay allowes you to totally block another user yet. Great idea though.
You ARE allowed to cancel the bid though and leave a note as to why (which is like negative feedback for them ) Ha Ha. I think this is much more fun, although be aware they might have an alternate name their using. Just be fair and do what is correct.
Hope this helped some.

Hello,
Write to the person and tell them not to bid on any of your eBay auctions, make sure to include their user name and email address. Send a copy to [email protected]. If they do bid on your auction you just write to Safeharbor again and they will be suspended.

P.S. I have never had anyone bid after sending the email. (2 1/2 years and counting.)
