I received a MO from bidpay dated 2/27(I got it about 2 weeks ago, not sure exact date). The mailing address on that was different from the address the buyer had sent me. It was also out of the USA, which is against my TOS. but I really don't want to start that argument.
I emailed bidpay about it, and I got a response on 3/5 saying they were investigating it. I ahven't heard anything, from the buyer or bidpay. Has anyone else had to deal with this? If so, how long did it take for bidpay to get back to you?

I'm a little confused. BidPay sends the seller 2 e-mails when it is mailing out the money order. The second e-mail lists the address where the buyer wishes the item shipped.
Did this second e-mail from BidPay show a different shipping address than what the buyer had e-mailed you?
I would try to contact the bidder. A while back my wife Sarah used bid pay and after a couple weeks she didnt get the items. She contacted the seller and the seller said she sent the package to us. She even had proof that it was sent to the address provided by BidPay. When we did futher checking it seems that bidpay had put someone else address where our shipping address should be. We then found out that this has happened a lot with the bidpay site. Bidpay never did get back to us as to why this happened.

The emails from Bidpay and the MO have the same address; one to St Johns, Antigua & Barbuda, outside of the USA. SHE sent me a different address, one to NYC, and, now that I look back, it lists a different name.
Has anyone else ever contacted bidpay about this? Does it always take FOREVER for them to respond!!!???

IMHO BidPay has seriously gone down hill in the past 6 months. Don't expect any help from BidPay Customer Service, it doesn't exist.
