Ok all you Pottery Gurus, I lost my stain removal recipe, anyone have any advice on removing stains from pottery?

I believe I had read that a solution of 20% hydrogen peroxide was the safe way to go, is that correct?

You get the stuff used for bleaching hair, fill the dish with it, and place in a warm oven for a while (or seal in a BLACK plastic bag and place in the sun).

Rinse and repeat ad the gunk oozes out of the crazing. Practice on a junk dish.

Rinse thoroughly.

NEVER use laundry bleach ... it chemically reacts with clay and will make the glaze pop off.
