My Auction Manager Pro did not launch for the set time this morning, so, a few hours later I deside to launch again. I emailed AW and left a message on the board of the situation and asked for deletion - no reply -
The launch set for 7AM went off at about 9:15AM THUS I have double Launch AND - I have 480 more auctions set to launch at "-"!
Lets not forget these items are 100 to 2000$ and unlike so many people - I have one of each!
The problem NOW is I need to remove these double items off ebay without a charge.

Since no one else seems to want to answer...
Try writing to [email protected] - explain to them the situation. They've been known to refund fees for mistakes like this in the past. You might get lucky this time. Auction numbers might help, but you'll want to write quickly before anyone bids on an auction that's going to be cancelled. Good luck...

Write down the item numbers you need to end. Go over to eBay, click on site map at the top of the page, then on end my item early.
Because you will be ending the items quickly, eBay will credit the insertion fee back to your account. On the navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Help then on Billing. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to "Contact Customer Support".
Select Billing | Other account questions; then click on "I have tried instant help and still want to contact support." Give them the auction number for the ended auction, tell them why you ended it, and ask them to credit the listing fee back to your account.
