{sigh} First, a couple of weeks ago, I had the lady give me the neutral ( "Nothing To Say" ) after she'd backed out of a Bid way back in DECEMBER.
Now I've received my 2nd Negative. Lady says "Never responded to emails". {sigh} Now, WHY I wouldn't respond to an email sent from the HIGH BIDDER on my auction, I'll never know. Crazy woman. Have over 500 positive.
I did receive an email from her after the auction had ended (like five minutes after) and did NOT respond to it. Sent her my WBN instead a day later. (I never respond to over-anxious high bidders right after the auction... and some will send me FOUR emails in the first hour waiting on a response! I haven't even had the time to add up their total yet!! Sheesh!)
Auction ended NINE days before she left negative feedback, and she did NOT try to get in touch with me again before leaving the fb. I emailed her and asked what the heck was going on... she emailed me back and called me rude (!!) and I emailed HER back and WAS rude (LOL) and told her I'll not respond to anymore emails from her... and will leave negative feedback.
I have the big "retaliatory feedback" shadow hanging over my head... but I suppose I could just leave negative feedback for her failure to follow through on her bid, and not bring her "senseless" Negative feedback into it?
Any ideas how to word it? I usually only leave negs for people who simply never pay, and never respond to me.. .but they never leave neg for ME because they know they're in the wrong.....
Thanks!
Oh, and at the time of bidding, she had (0) feedback... looked it up and one was actually negative, and one was positive. She now has pos feedback of (1). And, she thinks *she* knows how I'm supposed to do my job.... Sheesh.

I recently had an encounter with a seller where she wouldn't respond to my emails. I received an eoa email initially, but she didn't have s/h info or her name and address in it. So I email her asking for that info (it wasn't listed in the auction either)so that I can send out the money. No response. I wait a few days and email her again, and her emails started bouncing. I tried again a couple weeks later, her emails were still bouncing. Then she has the audacity to file a complaint against me for not paying over a month later (she had just changed her email with ebay like the day before she filed the complaint and still hadn't bothered to email me.) I suppose she expected me to still be emailing her everyday for over a month like I had nothing better to do with my time. The complaint was a reminder to pay so I emailed her again with her new addy. Still no response to my emails. So she files the final complaint with ebay so that she can get the FVF credit and I filed the appeal with ebay. I wrote her a heated email after that telling her exactly what I thought of her for wasting my time and being so rude. She finally writes back and says it is all my fault because I should've paid her over a month ago????? without the info I needed?????? She also says I should've pulled her contact info and mailed her money at that address. First of all, I had no total. Second, I would be too weary of sending money to someone who wouldn't even answer emails. Said that I should've called. So I'm supposed to pay for a calling card and call someone (it's my parent's phone)just because she is too lazy to email someone???? I GAVE HER A BIG FAT NEGATIVE!!!! AND I'D DO IT AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!!! I'm still so pissed off for her attitude. A buyer shouldn't be that inconvienced.

mattndes, You don't respond to anxious bidder email? How Rude!!!! Why couldn't you send EOB in reply to her email? I don't blame her for negging you, are you god? We owe bidders the same respect we want them to show us.
Give me all the anxious bidders. I love it when they can't wait to pay for or receive their item.
