I'm just wondering I know this has probably been posted a hundred times but why doesn't Ebay stop letting deadbeat sellers online? I have a problem with a seller that I paid for a high priced item a while ago and recieved something maybe worth .50 and sent me the wrong thing to add to it, This happened to alot of other buyers that bidded on her auction and I just saw her selling under a new ID! How's that possible and is there any way to report her to safe harbor without bidding on one of her items, the only reason I know this is the same seller is becuase she's using the same pictures and description and its just something I can't forget. Please help me understand why this is allowed, thanks!

I know its wrong, and they should not let these types back on, but... they are making money from them; listing fees and final value fees. I don't know where they draw the line. I've heard of sellers getting NARU'd, then getting back on, kicked off and back on....
