I am new to ebay and have been trying to win a set of dishes for my mother. I was bidding on a set that there was not much interest in when two id's with 0 feedback began to bid me up, they eventually outbid me at over $100. I wanted to see what else these id's bid on so I checked them out. Both of them only bid on this seller's auctions, have 0 feedback, and have never received a feedback from the seller. I went to look at all the sellers other auctions and found several more aol id's that only bid and win on this seller's auctions. I then went and cancelled my bid and put the reason as seller is a shill. I would like for other people to look at this and see what they think and I would also like to ask the seller of the items to come here also. How do I do all of this?

trplhrts,

You will be in breach of the CG's if:

k) Auction Links. Post a link to any auction in order to promote the auction or discuss the seller. If the Moderator believes that an auction is being promoted, or that the seller or bidder is being discussed, he/she may lock the thread and/or delete the post or thread.

Sorry, you won't be able to link to the auction or mention I.D.'s.

I thought that I could ask the seller here and we could discuss this?

Trplhrts, I have no experience with a situation like this, but I have seen other posters put their e-mail address in their posts to discuss an item that would be forbidden on the boards.

I don't know if SafeHarbor or timesensitive takes any action on things like this--again, I have no experience with them, but this situation sounds like a real bad-news seller!

Without eBay, I might have a real life...
