I had a Bidder who never paid about a month ago.


I checked their FB today and it's a -3. I the last month She had 1 Pos. at the beginning and 4 straight Negatives...


Why isn't she suspended???

It has to be at least a -4 and someone has to turn him/her in to safeharbor for it.

Yeah, someone has to point Safeharbor to her, or file all those FVF's and ebay won't put up with it.

Why? Sellers do not file for their fees back. Thats why these 'winners' are still here.
